Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Puluso. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Puluso.

1. What Puluso is

Puluso is a content-strategy assistant for short-form video creators. It analyzes publicly available engagement signals in aggregate and suggests what to post, how to package it (topic, format, hook, length, hashtags), and when to post it.

2. Early access

Puluso is in early access and currently free to use. Features, quotas, and rate limits may change as the product evolves, and some features are intentionally limited for anonymous visitors or free accounts. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give existing users clear notice first.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Puluso.
• Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Puluso for anything unlawful;
• attempt to re-identify individuals or accounts from aggregated statistics;
• circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access restrictions;
• resell or redistribute the service or its data without our written permission;
• reverse-engineer the service, except where the law permits it regardless of this term.

5. Recommendations, not guarantees

Puluso never promises virality. Recommendations are relative and confidence-based — "likely to beat your typical performance," not "will go viral." They're generated from observed public signals, in part using AI models, and can be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to publish, you're responsible for the content you post, and you must comply with the rules of the platforms you post to.

6. Where our data comes from

Our trend intelligence is built from publicly available content signals, used as aggregates and derived features. We don't republish other accounts' data or offer per-account surveillance of anyone. Creators who want their public content excluded from our analysis can ask us — see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party platforms

Puluso is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform.

8. Your content and ours

Everything you create in Puluso — saved ideas, briefs, notes — is yours. You give us the limited license needed to store and process it so the service works. The service itself, including our software, design, and compiled trend intelligence, belongs to us.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as sections 8, 10, 11, and 12) do so.

10. Disclaimers

Puluso is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability — the public signals we rely on can change or disappear, and the service may be interrupted or modified.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them or from the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and we'll email account holders about material changes before they take effect.
